Abidjan courts Chinese infrastructure giants in Macau. The integration of cutting-edge technologies and the development of multimodal links, particularly rail and road, were also on the trade agenda. This approach is part of the Ivorian national strategy for mobilizing PPPs to finance its major infrastructures.
